How it works
Venus Legacy brings together three technologies: multipolar radiofrequency energy, a pulsed electromagnetic field and vacuum. The radiofrequency energy heats the area quickly and evenly — the heat triggers the production of your own collagen and elastin and improves circulation, while the pulsed field and vacuum complement the treatment. A built-in temperature sensor lets the specialist control the heating in real time. A dedicated applicator is used for the body, and a separate one for the face and delicate areas.
How it feels
During the session you feel a pleasant, gradually building warmth and the gentle ‘tightening’ movement of the applicator. The heating is even, with no ‘hot spots’. The procedure is pain-free and needs no anaesthesia — many compare it to a warm massage.
Recovery
No special recovery is required — you can return to your activities straight after the session. A feeling of warmth and slight redness may remain for a short while — this is normal. On the day of the procedure it’s best to avoid the sauna, a hot bath and strong sun, and to drink enough water.
