Microneedling radiofrequency (pulsed and continuous modes)

Sylfirm X

Coming to the clinic: August 2026

A microneedling radiofrequency system with pulsed and continuous modes. It works on skin quality, enlarged pores, post-acne, the vascular component and certain types of pigmentation. Depth, mode and intensity are selected individually by indication.

Sylfirm X — LIDERM

When it is used

  • Reduced firmness, a wish to densify and tighten the skin
  • Wrinkles and age-related changes of the facial and body skin
  • Enlarged pores and uneven relief
  • Scars and post-acne marks
  • Stretch marks
  • Pigmentation and vascular manifestations (couperose, redness)

How it goes and what to expect

How it works

The procedure combines microneedles and radiofrequency energy: the finest needles gently pass through the skin and deliver heat to the required depth, triggering renewal and densification. The device has two modes — pulsed and continuous — so the specialist tailors the treatment to the goal: in some places working gently on vessels and pigment, in others on the skin’s relief and density.

How it feels

Before the procedure a numbing cream is applied to the skin if needed, so the treatment is comfortable to tolerate. You usually feel light tingling and warmth; you can tell the specialist about any discomfort right away — they’ll adjust the settings.

Recovery

Immediately after the procedure redness and slight swelling are possible — as a rule they last from a few hours to one or two days. For about two weeks it’s worth avoiding the steam room, sauna and sunbathing, caring for the skin gently and using sun protection.

When results show

The skin shows the first changes as it recovers, and a more pronounced result builds from procedure to procedure — the effect develops over several weeks. Timelines are individual.

Number of sessions

For a pronounced result a course of 3–4 procedures about once a month is usually recommended. The specialist determines the exact number at the consultation.
