LaseMD Ultra
A fractional thulium laser for gentle skin renewal: texture, photodamage, certain types of pigmentation, dull tone. It creates microchannels, triggers controlled renewal and helps treatment serums work deeper.

- Age-related changes of the skin on the face, neck and décolletage
- Fine wrinkles

How it goes and what to expect
How it works
The specialist cleanses the skin and applies a numbing agent if needed, then treats the area with short laser pulses — creating many microscopic channels in the skin. A treatment serum selected for your goal is introduced through them straight away, and at the end the skin is soothed with a cooling gel. The treatment itself takes roughly 15–20 minutes.
How it feels
Comfortable to tolerate: during the treatment a stream of cooled air is directed at the skin, and for sensitive skin the specialist applies a numbing agent beforehand. A feeling of warmth and light tingling is possible — this is normal and passes quickly.
Recovery
Immediately after the procedure the skin looks as if after mild sunburn. On day 2–3 dryness and a ‘fine sandpaper’ feeling appear, then gentle peeling begins — it usually finishes by day 5–7. You can return to your usual routine straight away; the key thing in these days is gentle care and sun protection. The microchannels stay open for about another 48 hours, so we give you the selected serum to take home — this way the procedure keeps working at home like needle-free mesotherapy.
When results show
The main effect unfolds once the peeling finishes, by day 5–7: the skin becomes noticeably smoother, fresher and more radiant. The result builds from procedure to procedure — fine wrinkles and pores reduce, and tone and texture even out.
Number of sessions
A course of 3–4 procedures is usually recommended. The specialist selects the exact number and intervals at the consultation.

Frequently asked questions
Does it hurt?
Most people tolerate the procedure easily: a stream of air cools the skin during the treatment, and for sensitive skin a numbing agent is applied beforehand. It feels more like warmth and light tingling.
Do I need to take a break from my activities?
You won’t have to drop out of your usual rhythm, but keep in mind: on day 2–3 the skin becomes slightly dry, then peels gently until day 5–7. If you have an important event ahead, it’s best to schedule the procedure a week before it.
Can the procedure be done in summer?
Yes, the method is suitable for any time of year. There’s one restriction: you can’t come with a fresh tan, and after the procedure the skin needs protecting from the sun.
