This document explains what happens to data when you open liderm.lv. Processing of patient data at the clinic is covered separately — ask at reception or write to us.

Who processes the data

SIA “LIDERM”, registration number 50203690881, Antonijas iela 24-18, Riga, Latvia. Data questions: info@liderm.lv, +371 28 282 849.

What the site collects

The site has no forms, accounts or payments — it does not ask for your name, phone or address. Only the following is collected:

  • Hosting technical logs: IP address, browser type, request time. Needed to keep the site running and protected from abuse. Basis — legitimate interest.
  • Your chosen interface language. Stored in your browser so the right version opens next time.
  • Your cookie choice — so we do not ask on every visit.
  • Meta advertising statistics — only if you pressed “Accept” in the banner.

Cookies and browser storage

  • liderm-lang — remembers your language. Essential. Term: 1 year.
  • liderm.consent — remembers your answer to this banner and its timestamp. Essential. Stored in the browser until you clear site data.
  • _fbp — a Meta file that distinguishes visits for advertising statistics. Marketing, set only after consent. Term: up to 90 days.
  • _fbc — a Meta file that stores an ad-click marker if you arrived from an ad. Marketing, set only after consent. Term: up to 90 days.

The Meta pixel

If you accepted marketing files, the site loads a counter from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. It shows us how many people came from Facebook and Instagram ads, which pages they viewed and whether they clicked the booking button. We see only aggregated statistics, not individuals. Meta may process this data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Meta's policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy. Without consent the counter does not load at all.

Third-party services on the pages

  • Google Maps — the map in the “How to find us” block loads from Google servers, and Google sees your IP address.
  • Altegio — the “Book” button takes you to an online booking service. Data you enter there is processed on their side.
  • WhatsApp — the button opens a chat in Meta's app under WhatsApp's rules.

How to withdraw consent

Use the button below — it erases your choice and the banner will ask again. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Statistics already collected do not disappear retroactively, but the counter will collect no new data about you.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict processing, object to it, and receive your data in a portable format. Write to info@liderm.lv — we reply within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
